Ticket return policy

Ticket refunds are subject to the following rules:

1.Paper ticket (on a strict accountability form)

1.1.Term of return.

Not later than two hours before the start of the match.

1.2. Place of return and required documents.

1.2.1. At the box office of the USA "Ufa-Arena"; Opening hours - on weekdays from 10.00 to 19.00. To make a return, you must provide:

application for a refund - filled in at the box office "Ufa-Arena";

paper ticket form;

cashier's check;

the bank card used to pay for the ticket;

check of payment by bank card.

1.3.Refund of funds.

when paying for the ticket in cash, the refund is made in cash from the cash desk;

when paying for a ticket with a bank card, a refund is made to the card within 3-10 days.

2. Electronic ticket.

2.1.Term of return.

Not later than two hours before the start of the match.

2.2 Place of return and required documents.

2.2.1 Online return. To process a return, you must send the following documents to kassa@hcsalavat.ru:

scanned copy of the completed return application. The application form can be downloaded from the link, filled in by the ticket buyer, certified by a personal signature and scanned;

2.3. Refund of funds.

refunds on electronic tickets are made only to the person who paid for the tickets and is indicated on the forms and only to the card on which the payment was made within 3-10 days;

The number of the bank card from which the ticket was paid for is indicated in the refund application.
